The last technical case: an introduction to the research where the case should be explained before the invention time or to explain the problem before and how to find a solution by this invention and also what is new in this invention or the beneficiary pattern.
Invention detailed explanation :
The inventor should reveal the reserved invention along with presenting new elements with a clear, limited way properly suitable for achieving the reserved invention, which should be easy to be executed by experts.
He should explain the way of using the invention (operation way according to devices, machines, and equipments or according to the chemical preparation in the chemical materials) or the application way in the industrial field and industrial feasibility.
He should use the examples at necessity and indicate to the figures.
He should briefly explain the figures and graphics.
Claims should clearly and briefly specify the purpose of the invention; it should deliberately be based on the description, regarding to the reserved claims that specify the reserved field pursuant to the patent, it is very important to formulate it widely for reserving from potential imitators, despite it should be accurate to be distinguished among all previous inventions.
Claims are a detailed calculation for the newer themes in the invention and the patent.
Patent application should include three (3) types of claims:
1)- Main Claim:
It is a general acknowledgement about the invention including:
(The new themes, the ways and the suitable solutions). To formulate a main claim, we should follow the following: the main claim starts as follows:
The invention kind, if it a device, Machine, vessel – iron, burner, working way, a special mechanism … etc). And then this invention should be acknowledged with its newer features, and should be pre-written with (it consists of …) or (it characterizes by …) or (the improvement includes …) , where it should be generally explained with its parts.
2)- Dependent Claims:
They are dependent with the main claims, they are an explanation about the mechanism of device technique and often using those terms such as : (the device – the machine – the vessel … the described in the first main claim mentioned above , which contains … should in details mention the reserved part for each part of the all parts alone.
3)- Independent Claims:
They are independent from other previous claims, as to reserve a special part of the invention independently.
